4:30 p.m. – Doors open

5:25 p.m. – Presentation of colors & Pleadge of Allegence followed by a blessing

5:30 p.m. -> 6:30 p.m. -Buffet style dinner served

6:45 p.m. -> 10:00 p.m. – Program  and socializing.
