Halloween in the park is scheduled for the 25-27 of October, departure and return times TBD.
Horseback merit badge is scheduled for the 23rd of October, This will take place before or during the meeting.
Fish camp!! Arrival time: 5:30 P.M. 8/16. Departure time: 6:00 P.M. DON’T BE LATE! Return Time: 1:00 P.M. 8/18
Camp is at camp Conewago, and bring a fishing rod and tackle. Be prepared for a muggy weekend and bring sunscreen as well as a hat.
Summer Court of Honor: Aug. 21st at the upper band shell parking lot (Codorus). This is during normal meeting times. Wear class A’s. Be prepared to play dodge ball, and possibly other games. Come early to help set up if you can, as well as staying a little later to help clean up to leave the park better than we found it. Bring food that you have cleared with parents, cleared with the leaders, and put on the paper in the scout room. Make sure that there are no shell fish or peanuts in the food or drink you bring. Please do bring utensils, cups, and plates as well.
You have to be at the church by 7:30 A.M.
BRING A BIKE! Bring money for two meals for on the car ride. No more than $20. normal camping gear, plus water bottle(s) that fit in the cup holders on your bike. Use a helmet and bring spare tubes as well as a hand operated bike pump. bring sunglasses, as well as sunscreen.
Return time: between 2-3 P.M.

Max’s Eagle Project is making a trail wider, and resurfacing that trail. Sort of like Brady’s Project, but the trail is shorter, and we are not painting bridges. I do not have dates at the time.
We Depart from Bob’s house, which is on the corner of Grant Drive and East Walnut at 11:00 AM on Sunday, June 16th. We will spend the week there and will arrive at the church the next Saturday, around 1:00 P.M. to unpack items. Happy Father’s Day!
The pancake breakfast is an All you can eat breakfast from 8:00 – 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 1st at the church. it is $8 for people 12 years and older, and $4 for children 11 and younger. All proceeds benefit the troop. please bring in money with your scout for tickets to estimate the amount of food, by next Wednesday.
Devon’s Eagle Ceremony will be hosted at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church (201 S. Main St. in Spring Grove) at 7:00 P.M. with cake and light refreshments afterwards.
Ethan’s Eagle Ceremony will be at our spring Court of Honor next week at 7:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. upstairs in the large meeting room. there will be awards, a speech, and talk about Rodney, as well as what to think about and advice for the newer scouts going to Rodney.
