Max’s Eagle Project

Max’s Eagle Project is making a trail wider, and resurfacing that trail. Sort of like Brady’s Project, but the trail is shorter, and we are not painting bridges. I do not have dates at the time.

Rodney

We Depart from Bob’s house, which is on the corner of Grant Drive and East Walnut at 11:00 AM on Sunday, June 16th. We will spend the week there and will arrive at the church the next Saturday, around 1:00 P.M. to unpack items. Happy Father’s Day!

Pancake Breakfast

The pancake breakfast is an All you can eat breakfast from 8:00 – 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 1st at the church. it is $8 for people 12 years and older, and $4 for children 11 and younger. All proceeds benefit the troop. please bring in money with your scout for tickets to estimate the amount of food, by next Wednesday.

Devon’s Eagle Ceremony

Devon’s Eagle Ceremony will be hosted at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church (201 S. Main St. in Spring Grove) at 7:00 P.M. with cake and light refreshments afterwards.

Ethan’s Eagle Ceremony

Ethan’s Eagle Ceremony will be at our spring Court of Honor next week at 7:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. upstairs in the large meeting room. there will be awards, a speech, and talk about Rodney, as well as what to think about and advice for the newer scouts going to Rodney.

Knoebels

Knoebel’s trip begins on Saturday. Be at the church at 6:00 A.M. to help with packing the trailer, and we leave @ 6:30 to have time to get to the park to register. Bring RAIN GEAR!!! There is a forecast of potential rain over the weekend. Bring money to buy lunch in the park. Be prepared to be spending time with multiple people that you do not know, troop 818 will be there, among many other people from many other troops, and people not related to Scouting.

Mike’s Hikes

Mike’s Hikes are every Monday from 6:00 P.M. at the church until we are finished. There is no absolute time on when we will be done, but we will be done by 10:00 P.M. at an absolute most.

Dentistry Merit Badge

Come in to David Ross orthodontics on Tuesday, April 16th at 6:00-7:00 P.M. to get your Dentistry Merit Badge! Come with your merit badge booklet already printed out (NO EXCEPTIONS), a pencil, etc.  This merit badge is just about the easiest 1 hour merit badge you will take.

Parent Help Needed

Needing parent help with mulch delivery and/or recycling. All scouts are expected to help out, especially if they have sold mulch.
